About

Built by a developer, for developers.

A.L.I.C.E. is what happens when you stop asking one AI to do everything.

Why This Exists

Rob is a developer. He didn't need another chatbot. He needed a team.

Not a tool that answers questions — something that could handle tasks end-to-end while he worked on other things. Monitor inboxes, triage issues, draft content, ship code, respond to customers. Autonomously. Without a human in the loop for every step.

He couldn't find that. So he built it.

What It Is

A.L.I.C.E. is a local-first, model-agnostic multi-agent framework. You install it once and get a roster of 33 specialists — each with its own domain, memory, and personality — coordinated by Olivia, the orchestrator.

There's no cloud service brokering your requests. It runs on your machine, using whatever AI model you already have configured. Anthropic, OpenAI, Ollama, or anything else supported by your OpenClaw or NemoClaw setup.

Olivia takes your request, figures out who handles what, delegates to the right specialists, and brings it back together. You talk to one agent. The whole team works.

Philosophy

Three things matter:

**Local-first.** Your data doesn't leave your machine unless you decide it does. No telemetry, no training on your conversations, no third-party seeing your work.

**No vendor lock-in.** A.L.I.C.E. works with whatever model you use today — and won't break if you switch tomorrow. Model-agnostic by design, not as an afterthought.

**One price.** Not a subscription that extracts rent forever. You buy it, you own it. Updates included. No seat licenses, no usage caps, no surprise billing.

The Team

Here's the meta part: the agents that run A.L.I.C.E. the company *are* A.L.I.C.E. the product. Olivia coordinates Rob's work. The specialists handle marketing, support, development, content, and operations. What you're buying is what's running this operation.

That's not a pitch. It's just how it works.
