Terms of Service

Last updated: March 2026

Acceptance

By using A.L.I.C.E. (the CLI tool, website, or Mission Control dashboard), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What A.L.I.C.E. Is

A.L.I.C.E. (Agent-Led Intelligence Coordination Engine) is a CLI-based AI agent platform. It runs locally on your machine and coordinates 28 specialized AI agents through an orchestrator called Olivia. The CLI is open source under the MIT license.

Free vs Pro Plans

  • Free (Starter): 10 agents, local execution, community support, MIT license
  • Pro: All 28 agents, cloud memory sync, custom personas, priority support — $29/mo
  • Team: Everything in Pro plus 5 seats, shared workspace, audit logs — $99/mo

Payment & Refunds

Pro and Team subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your account settings or by emailing us.

30-day no-questions-asked refund policy. If you're not happy, we'll refund you.

MIT License

The A.L.I.C.E. CLI is released under the MIT License. You are free to use, modify, and distribute it. Pro is a subscription to hosted services (cloud sync, priority routing, additional agents) — the CLI itself remains open source.

Prohibited Uses

  • Using A.L.I.C.E. to generate malware, spam, or harmful content
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer or attack our infrastructure
  • Reselling Pro features without authorization
  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations

Limitation of Liability

A.L.I.C.E. is provided "as is" without warranty. AI-generated output may contain errors — always review agent output before using it in production. We are not liable for damages arising from the use of AI-generated content.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
