A.L.I.C.E. ("we", "us", "our") is operated by av3.ai. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our CLI tool, website (getalice.av3.ai), and Mission Control dashboard.

We do not sell your data. Ever.

Data We Collect

• Account data: email address, hashed password (or OAuth provider ID)
• Billing data: managed by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number
• Usage data: agent invocations, task counts, and feature usage (Pro users)
• Memory data: agent memory stored for Pro users who opt into cloud sync

How We Use It

• To authenticate and manage your account
• To process payments and manage subscriptions
• To provide cloud sync features for Pro users
• To improve A.L.I.C.E. based on aggregate usage patterns
• To send you critical account notifications (no marketing unless you opt in)

Third-Party Services

• Supabase: authentication and database (hosted in the US)
• Stripe: payment processing (PCI DSS compliant)
• LLMs: all language model inference runs locally on your machine via your own API keys — we never proxy or store your prompts or responses

Your Rights

• Access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time
• Export your data in a standard format
• Opt out of non-essential data collection
• Delete your account and all associated data
